Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to American Society of Health-System Pharmacists)
- Material handling / drayage, if the ASHP Midyear space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ASHP Midyear venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $52 per sq ft, 2026 rate
- Corner fee: $550 per corner, 2026 rate
- Executive Suite and Innovation Learning Lab: $11,000 suite; $6,000 per 15-minute lab, 2026 rates
- Business function (exhibitor): $1,900 up to 50 people; $6,800 above, 2026 rates
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-September 2027
- During Midyear 2026 (December 6–9, Orlando): Onsite booth selection for Midyear 2027 in Priority Point order; we bring a footprint plan to your appointment.
- Mid-September 2027: Design sign-off, including island drawings for ASHP's review of booths of 400 square feet or more.
- October 2027: Production in our Las Vegas shop or Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; booth activity and giveaway forms filed with ASHP.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight to the Shepard advance warehouse named in the 2027 kit, or straight from our Las Vegas shop on a target slot.
- Move-in days before opening: Your Purple project manager oversees the build and tests every demo before the hall opens.
- December 5–8, 2027: ASHP Midyear 2027; after the final hall day we dismantle and return the booth to our Las Vegas storage.

- Plan your Midyear 2027 footprint before onsite selection in Orlando, December 7–9, 2026
- List every device or robot that must run, with power and weight
- Write demos that finish within ASHP's ten-minute limit
- Strip patient identifiers from every case image and chart
- Decide on an Executive Suite, VIP Demo or Learning Lab slot
- Sign off the design by mid-September 2027
- Name Purple to ASHP as your contractor at least 30 days before move-in
