Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your ASHP Pharmacy Futures booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the ASHP Pharmacy Futures space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ASHP Pharmacy Futures
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ASHP Pharmacy Futures venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $40 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- Executive Suite: $8,500 for 264 sq ft, 2027 rate
- Booth plus sponsorship packages: $7,500 (10×10) to $35,000 (20×20), 2027
- Late move-out: $1,000 per day after 10 p.m. June 15, 2027
Key dates
- Booth space paid in full to ASHP: January 8, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- January 8, 2027: Booth space paid in full to ASHP; from this date a cancellation costs the full contract.
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off; mobile-unit requests go to ASHP by April 1 and island floor plans and elevations by April 22.
- Mid-April to late May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; Booth Activity Approval Form filed by May 7 and Shepard orders placed from the March service kit.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the destination in the Shepard service kit; our contractor authorization and certificate of insurance are already with ASHP.
- June 11–13, 2027: Move-in Friday 1–5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m.; the booth must be running by 3 p.m. Sunday.
- June 13–15, 2027: Exploration Hall open; dismantle starts at 2 p.m. Tuesday and the booth must be out by 10 p.m.

Checklist
- Pay ASHP in full by January 8, 2027; after that a cancellation costs the whole contract
- List every device you will show, with its power and weight, before design sign-off in early April
- Send mobile unit or vehicle requests to ASHP by April 1, 2027
- Approve island drawings so we can file floor plans and elevations by April 22, 2027
- File the Booth Activity Approval Form for demos, food and giveaways by May 7, 2027
- Choose whether to book an Executive Suite ($8,500) for scheduled meetings
- Sign up for VIP Exclusive Demos slots and invite customers to them
- Book staff rooms only through Orchid Events, ASHP's official housing company
