Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your ASI Show Orlando booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Orange County Convention Center, South Building, Hall A, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Orange County Convention Center, South Building, Hall A
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Product Showcase spot: $410 per product, 2026 shows
- Exclusive Showcase Display: $1,820, 2026 shows
- New Product Preview Reception: $595 per table, 2026 shows
- Non-exhibiting supplier badge: $199 per person
Key dates
- ASI EAC information form and certificate of insurance due: December 10, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Booth location from the ASI floor plan and design sign-off; we sketch inline and island layouts against ASI's 42-inch and 24-foot rules.
- November 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days: graphics, sample shelving and counters built and test-assembled.
- December 4–11, 2026: OCCC electrical and rigging orders by December 4, Freeman orders by December 6, the EAC form by December 10 and any food sampling form by December 11.
- December 7–29, 2026: Crates shipped to Freeman's advance warehouse within ASI's label window, closing December 29.
- January 4–5, 2027: Setup from noon on January 4 and all day January 5 with our project manager on South Hall A.
- January 6–8, 2027: Expo Hall days, then teardown from 2:30 p.m. Thursday and freight out by noon Friday, January 8.

Checklist
- Confirm your ASI supplier listing and book space with your ASI Show sales representative
- Choose inline, corner, cross-aisle or island from the 2027 floor plan
- Book rooms through Connections Housing before December 1, 2026 (November 2 for 10+ rooms)
- Send us your booth number so the EAC form reaches ASI by December 10, 2026
- Decide on a Product Showcase spot or the New Product Preview Reception
- Pick the decorated samples that live in the 42-inch front zone
- File the Sodexo food sampling form by December 11 if you hand out snacks
- Plan staff for the 2:30 p.m. Thursday close and teardown
