ASI Show Orlando 2027 runs January 5 to 7, 2027. Tuesday, January 5 is Education Day, and the Expo Hall is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6 and on Thursday, January 7 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., followed by a closing celebration in the Registration Lobby.

At the Orange County Convention Center's South Building, Hall A, 9899 International Drive. Keynote, Lunch & Learn and New Product Preview rooms sit in the same building, and ASI's shuttles board at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando and Rosen Plaza.

Space rates are not published by ASI; its sales team prices each booth. Our own figures: a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000 and a 20×20 custom island $50,000 to $120,000. A Product Showcase spot was $410 for 2026, and Freeman, OCCC power and freight are billed separately.

Only ASI-listed suppliers in good standing, with exceptions for certain associations and companies that serve distributors. Each booth belongs to one company and cannot be shared or resold, and ASI Rule 6 bars selling or marketing equipment used to decorate promotional products on the floor.

It is closed to the general public, end users of promotional products and children under 12. ASI distributor members get free Expo Hall and Education Day admission, and non-exhibiting suppliers may register for $199 per person under ASI's rules.

ASI's 2025 Orlando audience snapshot counts almost 3,500 attendees and a 7:1 attendee to supplier ratio. The January 2026 show had 572 booths, 39 of them from first-time exhibitors, and drew attendees from nearly all 50 states and 15 countries, per ASI's 2026 wrap-up release.

Group hotel blocks of 10 or more rooms close November 2, 2026 and individual rooms December 1. OCCC early pricing ends December 4, Freeman early-bird December 6, the EAC form is due December 10, the Sodexo sampling form December 11, and the advance warehouse closes December 29.

Inline booths top out at 8 feet, with a 42-inch ceiling on the first five feet, and hanging signs are not allowed on inlines. Islands may reach 24 feet, with only 75 percent of any side filled between 16 and 24 feet; hanging signs over islands are rigged only through Freeman.

Your full-time employees can build it with hand tools, because the OCCC is a non-union building in right-to-work Florida. Any outside installer counts as an EAC and needs ASI's form plus a certificate with $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, naming The ASI Show and Freeman.

We rent ASI kits from a 10×20 inline to a 20×30 island: frames, fabric graphics, sample shelving, counters and lighting, shipped from Las Vegas or Fishkill. Many suppliers keep the same kit for ASI Fort Worth in March, and we store it between the two shows.

It is a display near Registration where distributors preview products before reaching your booth. A one-cubic-foot spot with a display card and a photo in the mobile digest cost $410 per product for 2026 shows, and an exclusive showcase case cost $1,820.

A one-hour reception on Tuesday, January 5, 2027, 5 to 6 p.m., at the end of Education Day, where suppliers show newly launched products at a 6-foot table and scan distributor badges before the floor opens. The 2026 order form priced it at $595.

For suppliers selling to Southeast distributors it is the first floor of the year, and ASI reports that 90 percent of attending distributors in its 2025 snapshot skip other shows. With two expo days, results depend on meetings set in December and a booth whose products read from the aisle.
