Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Archery Trade Association)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Indiana Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Indiana Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Indiana Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, 10×10: $2,000, 2027 rate
- Booth space, 10×20: $4,000 plus $250 corner charge, 2027
- Shooting lane: $1,500 per lane for the week, 2027
- ATA hotel block: $149 to $199 per night at 14 hotels, 2027
Key dates
- Tower and multi-story drawings, stamps and approvals due to the ATA: November 20, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Confirm ATA membership and booth selection; we lock the footprint, height and any shooting lanes.
- By November 20, 2026: Stamped drawings, permits and approvals for towers or multi-story exhibits sent to the ATA sales manager.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off for walls, counters, hanging sign and lane graphics.
- Late November to mid-December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, then crates ship to the advance warehouse listed in ATA's Exhibitor Resource Center.
- January 5–7, 2027: Set-up in Exhibit Halls F–I with our project manager and union labor; targets in lanes by 5 p.m. the day before the show.
- January 7–10, 2027: Trade Show then Supershow; dismantle starts only after the official Sunday close, and the booth ships to storage.

Checklist
- Keep ATA membership dues current for the show year
- Confirm booth size and any shooting lanes or e-bike demo space
- Send tower or multi-story drawings with stamps and approvals by November 20, 2026
- Sign off the design by mid-November 2026
- Enter launching products in the free New Product Launch Showcase

- Book rooms through Visit Indy, the ATA's official housing partner
- Staff the booth for both the trade days and the Supershow weekend
