What makes ATA Show different, and how we build for it
The ATA Show is the archery industry's own buying week, run by the Archery Trade Association and open to exhibitors only if they are ATA members in good standing. It now packs four days under one roof: the members-only ATA Trade Show, the public Archery & Bowhunting Supershow, the NFAA Rushmore Rumble, the S3DA Indoor Open and an Indoor World Series stop. The trade is order-writing: 72% of trade attendees come to write orders and 90% represent archery pro shops. Exhibitors can rent 10×30 shooting lanes, enter the New Product Launch Showcase for free, and drive dealers to the booth with Big Buck Tag coupons and Super Deal Gift Cards.
New bows, arrows, sights and releases to handle, show-only pricing from the Big Buck Tag book, and a counter where the year's opening order gets written.
Targets, blinds, treestands and range equipment shown at working scale, freight and dating terms, and a rep who can quote volume pricing.
Hands-on time with new gear, a staffer who explains setup, and a reason to ask their local pro shop to stock it; 57% bought onsite in 2026.
Your team in Indianapolis
Two shops, one project manager, every hall
We fabricate in our own Fishkill, NY shop and our Las Vegas hub, then ship to the Indiana Convention Center, where our own project manager leads the install with vetted local labor. Every ATA Show build runs a predictable 30 to 45 days and gets a pre-show QA, with secure storage after.
Your team walks into a lit, stocked booth. You just show up.
Inside ATA Show 2027
Rules that shape your ATA Show booth
Exhibiting is open only to ATA members whose dues are paid for the show year, and the ATA approves each company and product (2027 terms). We plan your booth once membership and approval are confirmed, so nothing is built for space you cannot use.
The ATA calls this an order-writing show and strongly discourages direct sales; exhibitors who sell carry their own sales-tax compliance. We build an order counter with power for tablets rather than a checkout stand.
Amplified sound must come from the ATA's Official AV Service Provider, point into the booth and never run continuous voice amplification, and music needs ASCAP licensing (2027 regulations). We spec screens with directional audio ordered through that provider.
Only companies that make or handle food or drink may sample, at 2 ounces or less with pre-approval; enticement candy needs none, and beer and wine are allowed only in each day's last hour. We add a sampling shelf only for approved brands.
No exhibit may be dismantled, and no packing may begin, before the official closing of the exhibit hall, and every booth must be installed within set-up hours. We schedule labor for Sunday's close and the January 5–6 set-up days.
Programs worth planning for
Free entry for products released at the 2027 ATA Show, on view throughout show week and unveiled at a happy hour on January 6, 4 to 6 p.m.; every entry is eligible for an award.
Exhibitors place a show-only offer in the coupon book every retail store receives, at $150 (2027), redeemed when retailers order on site during the Trade Show.
A free promotion: offer an on-site deal, collect retailers' gift cards and recoup $150 per card through ATA reimbursement after the show.
Paid table or floor space on the show floor to feature any product to retailers, consumers and media all week; Supershow visitors can win featured gear in the raffle.
The ATA Show is the archery and bowhunting industry's members-only buying week, now paired with a public Supershow; choose it over ICAST when your buyers are archery pro shops and bowhunters rather than fishing tackle dealers. 02 Booths & pricing for ATA Show 2027
Popular booth sizes at ATA Show
The ATA sells 10×10 booths at $2,000 and 10×20s at $4,000, with custom sizes priced on request (2027). We start at a 10×20 inline for accessory and scent brands; bow, crossbow and target makers that want 20-foot walls and a hanging sign need 400 square feet, so a 20×20 island or larger.

$4,000 of space in 2027: a lit wall of bows or arrows, a locked display case for optics and a counter for Big Buck Tag and gift card orders.

Jack & Pup at a pet industry trade show
A full dog-house booth people could understand at a glance and step inside, built to stay busy all show long.
Jack & Pup built a booth people could step into and grasp at once; ATA buyers and Supershow crowds want the same, gear they can pick up and try in seconds.

The booth was one of the nicest displays in our section of the convention center and generated a lot of positive comments from both customers and industry peers. Four things we get right for ATA Show exhibitors
1Eight feet until 400 square feet
ATA's display regulations hold linear booths, and walk-through and peninsula booths under 400 square feet, to 8 feet; at 400 square feet and up they rise to 20 feet. Hanging signs need 400 square feet, a 4-foot gap above the booth and a 25-foot top. We size the footprint to the height you need.
2Lanes are for shooting only
ATA shooting lanes are 10 feet wide by 30 feet long with an 8-foot staging area, a 12-foot back drape, a table and two chairs, at $1,500 each. Nothing but targets sits forward of the shooting line. We print lane graphics and bow racks for the staging area and keep your booth for selling.
3Two audiences, one build
Trade days are for pro shop buyers writing orders; the Supershow brings over 7,500 consumers ready to try gear. We design a counter that works as an order desk on Thursday and Friday, then swaps to a demo and display table for the weekend, with product locked down for the crowds.
4Finished backs, no aisle activity
ATA requires every back and side wall to be finished, with no copy or logos facing neighbors, and bans games, contests and giveaways in the aisles. We finish the backs of our walls in plain fabric and pull your activations inside the booth line, where the Super Deal Gift Card pitch happens.

Where you could be at ATA Show 2027
ATA Show Week uses the Indiana Convention Center's Exhibit Halls F–I for the trade show and Supershow, with Halls C–E for tournaments and meeting rooms for seminars and certifications.
Exhibit Halls F–I
The show floor for the ATA Trade Show on January 7–8 and the Supershow on January 9–10, including the Featured Products booth 1147 in Hall H.
Our advice One build serves both audiences, so we plan durable displays and lockable cases that survive four days of handling.
Halls C–E, tournaments
Rushmore Rumble check-in, paid practice and scoring run here, alongside the S3DA Indoor Open and Indoor World Series events.
Our advice Target archers move between the tournament halls and the floor; competition-ready target gear should face that flow.
Shooting lanes
10-by-30-foot lanes with 8-foot staging areas and 12-foot back drape, rented at $1,500 each for the week in 2027.
Our advice Graphics and bow racks belong in the staging area only; we print lane headers that read from the aisle without crossing the line.

Logistics for ATA Show 2027, handled
ATA Show Week fills Exhibit Halls F–I of the Indiana Convention Center, with exhibitor set-up Tuesday, January 5 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday, January 6 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and a final window from 7 to 8:30 a.m. on January 7. Every exhibit must be installed within those hours or the ATA can have its general service contractor finish it at your cost, and nothing may be packed before the official close. Install, dismantle and freight handling at the ICC are union jobs, and only Teamsters work its docks and freight doors. Towers and multi-story booths need stamped drawings and approvals sent to the ATA by November 20, 2026. Our project manager runs install with vetted Indianapolis labor.
ATA Show exhibitors can find this building's hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines in our Indiana Convention Center exhibitor guide.

ATA Show exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before ATA Show
When is the ATA Show 2027?
ATA Show Week runs January 7 to 10, 2027 in Indianapolis. The members-only ATA Trade Show is January 7 and 8, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the public Archery & Bowhunting Supershow follows on January 9, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and January 10, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the same halls.
Where is the ATA Show held?
At the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, where the show floor is Exhibit Halls F–I and the Rushmore Rumble and other tournaments use Halls C–E. Visit Indy is the ATA's official housing partner for 2027, with 14 discounted hotels from $149 to $199 a night, 8 of them linked to the center by skywalk.
How much does a booth at the ATA Show cost?
ATA's 2027 space prices are $2,000 for a 10×10 and $4,000 for a 10×20, plus $250 for a corner, with custom sizes quoted on request. A 10×20 rental from us runs $7,500 to $15,000 and a custom 20×20 island $50,000 to $120,000, before union labor and drayage.
Who can exhibit at the ATA Show?
Only ATA members in good standing, meaning dues are paid for the show year, and the ATA approves every company and product before it may exhibit. Booth selection follows a ranking system built on years of membership, booth space, shooting lanes and sponsorships, and missing a show costs 50% of your points.
Is the ATA Show open to the public?
The ATA Trade Show on January 7 and 8 is members only. The Archery & Bowhunting Supershow on January 9 and 10 is open to the public with a ticket, and more than 7,500 bowhunters and target archers came in 2026, many from far away, to test new gear.
How tall can an ATA Show booth be?
Linear booths are limited to 8 feet, as are walk-through and peninsula booths under 400 square feet. Walk-through and peninsula booths of 400 square feet or more, and islands, go to 20 feet. Hanging signs need one of those larger booths, a 4-foot gap above the structure and a 25-foot maximum top.
Can we rent a shooting lane at the ATA Show?
Shooting lanes cost $1,500 each for the whole show week in 2027 and measure 10 feet wide by 30 feet long, with an 8-foot staging area, 12-foot back drape, table and two chairs. You supply two targets of at least 36 by 36 inches and one staff member, and each lane adds two exhibitor badges.
Can we sell products at the ATA Show?
The ATA calls this an order-writing show and strongly discourages direct sales to attendees; exhibitors who sell on site handle all sales-tax rules themselves. Food and drink sampling is limited to companies that make or handle it, capped at 2 ounces with pre-approval, and beer and wine are allowed only in the last hour each day.
Can our staff set up our booth at the Indiana Convention Center?
Your staff can hand-carry materials in, but installation, dismantling and drayage at the ICC are union work, and only Teamsters crews handle the loading docks and freight doors. Exhibits must be fully installed during the scheduled set-up hours, so we book labor for Tuesday and Wednesday, January 5 and 6.
What are the ATA Show exhibitor deadlines?
Booth payment was due in full September 1, 2026, and from October 1, 2026 no refunds or credits are issued. The next hard date is November 20, 2026, when drawings and approvals for towers and multi-story exhibits are due. Approving the design in mid-November keeps the stamped drawings on schedule.
How many badges do ATA exhibitors get?
Exhibitors with 100 to 1,000 square feet receive four badges per 100 square feet, plus one per 100 square feet above 1,000, and two more for each shooting lane. Extra badges cost $150 each, reprints $50, and sharing badges can get them confiscated.
Can we film or photograph at the ATA Show?
Photographing or recording the exhibit hall or other booths is prohibited; you may film only your own booth and products, and others must ask your permission first. Violators can lose cameras and badges and be banned. We plan a lit product backdrop so your own launch content looks right.
What is the New Product Launch Showcase at the ATA Show?
It is a free showcase for any product released at the 2027 ATA Show, on view throughout show week and unveiled at a happy hour on Wednesday, January 6, from 4 to 6 p.m. Anything entered is eligible for an award, so we match your booth graphics to the entry and buyers who spot it find the full line.
Is the ATA Show worth it for an archery brand?
For brands selling to archery pro shops it is the industry's main order-writing week: 74% of trade attendees are final purchasing decision makers and 72% come to write orders, ATA reports. The added Supershow lets the same booth reach thousands of consumers who then ask their local shop to stock your gear.
Before you sign for ATA Show
Five things to ask every builder quoting ATA Show:
- Will the proposal show every ATA Show fee, including show contractor charges?
- Who builds the ATA Show booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
- Who from your team is on the ATA Show floor for install and dismantle?
- Which items are in the rental, and which does the show bill?
- What happens to the booth after ATA Show, and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh its graphics, repair what is worn, ship and install it for ATA Show, and store it between shows. You keep using the structure you already paid for.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground at the Indiana Convention Center: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager on your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A ATA Show rental carrying your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. We tell you on the first call what is realistic before ATA Show.
