Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your Atlantic Builders Convention booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, 10×10: $3,500–$6,500 member / $4,000–$7,000 non-member across seven tiers, 2027
- End cap, 10×20: $9,000 member / $9,500 non-member, 2027
- Deposit: $100 non-refundable at reservation, 2027
- Host hotel: $99 per night at Hard Rock, code GABC27Z, 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late January 2027
- Now: Reserve a tier or end cap with the $100 non-refundable deposit; NJBA can cancel if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice.
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: wall, counter, samples and graphics approved within the height rule for your row.
- February to mid-March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, packed in rolling cases for the hotel loading route.
- By the Exhibitor Services Manual deadlines: Service orders, insurance certificate and shipping labels filed; rooms booked at the Hard Rock block.
- Move-in days before April 7, 2027: Our project manager sets up on NJBA's move-in schedule from the manual; Exhibitor Appreciation Reception April 6, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- April 7–8, 2027: Exhibit floor open; our project manager packs the booth out after the Show Floor Celebration on Thursday.

Checklist
