What makes Atlantic Builders Convention different, and how we build for it
The Atlantic Builders Convention is the New Jersey Builders Association's own show, which NJBA calls the Northeast's largest building industry trade show, held for more than 70 years and now at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. It is compact: about 4,000 attendees and 230 exhibitors over two exhibit days, sold as 10×10 booths in seven price tiers plus 10×20 end caps. The seminar program covers land use, affordable housing and environmental compliance with AICP, CLE and CPC credit, and the evening belongs to NJBA's Sales & Marketing (SAM) Awards dinner, with the Professional Women in Building luncheon and a Show Floor Celebration on the final day.

Rules that shape your booth
Outside the 100, 1000 and 1100 rows and end-of-row doubles, every ABC booth keeps to an 8-foot back and 4-foot side limit. We build to those numbers and keep anything taller off the drawing unless you hold an approved row.
Booths in rows 100, 1000 and 1100, and end-of-row doubles, may go higher with show management's permission. We submit the taller design with your space confirmation and keep an 8-foot fallback in production.
NJBA takes a $100 non-refundable deposit at reservation and may cancel without notice if the invoice is not paid within 30 days. We start design once the space is confirmed and paid, so production never runs ahead of the booth.
NJBA allows product demonstrations at ABC. We plan demos at counter height near the aisle, inside the height limit for your row, and add a screen low on the back wall for products too big to bring.

NJBA's awards for builder, remodeler and associate members, presented at a dinner during ABC (8:30 p.m., April 7, 2027); the 2027 call for entries runs on NJBA's entry site.

1Design to the 8-foot and 4-foot line
Outside the 100, 1000 and 1100 rows and end-of-row doubles, ABC booths must stay within an 8-foot back and 4-foot sides. We build a full-width 8-foot wall with the logo high and bring product forward on low plinths, so nothing blocks a neighbor.

ABC 2027 runs at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, NJBA's official host hotel, with the Exhibitor Appreciation Reception on April 6 and the exhibit floor on April 7 and 8. Booths come with pipe and drape: an 8-foot backdrop, 42-inch side rails and an ID sign. Ordering, deadlines and service provider contacts sit in NJBA's Exhibitor Services Manual, and a certificate of insurance is generally required.
