Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your BIO Investment & Growth Summit booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the BIO Investment & Growth Summit space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Eden Roc Miami Beach
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the BIO Investment & Growth Summit venue requires
Published rates:
- Premier presentation: $1,500 / $2,200 / $2,600 by stage, 2027
- Extended or Innovation Stage: $3,000 extended; $5,000 Innovation Stage, 2027
- Eden Roc block rate: From $499 a night plus $10 resort fee, 2027
Key dates
- BIO's Eden Roc room block closes (5 p.m. Eastern): January 25, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November to December 2026: Apply for a company presentation or a sponsorship; BIO approves presentation applications before payment.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off for suite, stage or room graphics.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; kit packed in rolling cases.
- January 25, 2027: Last day for BIO's Eden Roc room block, by 5 p.m. Eastern, if it has not filled.
- February 15, 2027: Delivery to the Eden Roc and setup of your suite or sponsored room.
- February 16–17, 2027: Summit days; after the close we pack the kit for storage or the BIO International Convention.
