BIO publishes none. The summit consists of business and regulatory sessions, company presentations, BIO Partnering™ meetings and networking. Brand visibility comes through presentations and the sponsorship opportunities in BIO's prospectus, and we build the branding for those rooms and stages.

Premier 13-minute presentations cost $1,500 for pre-clinical companies, $2,200 for companies with active clinical trials and $2,600 for companies with a product on the market. Extended presentations are $3,000 and the Innovation Stage $5,000, both flat. Applications need BIO's approval.

A podium presentation with audio and slides captured, a tag in the BIO Partnering™ system, a webpage on the event site with marketing and social assets, a pre-event best-practice webinar, feedback from a communications or investor relations professional, and an invitation-only morning networking event.

We can. For a suite at the Eden Roc we bring a fabric wall on its own feet, printed table covers and a monitor on a floor stand, nothing fixed to the resort's walls, and it is ready on February 15, the day before opening. Budget roughly $7,500 to $15,000, the same as a 10×20 rental.

BIO's room block at the Eden Roc Miami Beach is open until 5 p.m. Eastern on Monday, January 25, 2027, or until it fills. Rooms start at $499 for single or double occupancy, plus a $10 resort fee in the block and taxes of 14 percent.

Through BIO Partnering™, BIO's meeting system, where you request meetings and pursue licensing and royalty discussions with pharma teams and capital providers, and through the presentation sessions and networking. Presenters get a designated tag in the system, which helps investors find them.

That is the plan we recommend. Frames built for a Miami Beach suite in February can return as part of a June booth at the BIO International Convention in Philadelphia, or a JPM Week suite the following January; between uses we keep the cases on our racks.

BIO lists the event as Miami, and its venue page places it at the Eden Roc Miami Beach, 4525 Collins Avenue, co-located with Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. Plan travel and deliveries for Miami Beach, across Biscayne Bay from downtown Miami.

Tuesday, February 16 and Wednesday, February 17, 2027, at the Eden Roc Miami Beach. BIO's hotel block covers February 14 to 20 for those arriving early or staying on, and the 2026 summit ran March 2–3, 2026 in Miami.

BIO expects more than 400 investors, biotech innovators and biopharma executives in Miami Beach for the 2027 summit. That is a small, senior room compared with JPM Week, so a single branded suite or a presentation slot is visible to a large share of the attendees.
