Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to American Biogas Council
- Material handling / drayage, if the BIOGAS AMERICAS space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for BIOGAS AMERICAS
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the BIOGAS AMERICAS venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage (planning estimate): About $130 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026 and 2027 Purple estimate for KICC
- Exhibitor cancellation: Full refund less 3% if cancelled more than 90 days out (2026 policy)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- Now to February 2027: Reserve the booth package through ABC's ExpoGenie system; send us equipment list, weights and the process story you want to tell.
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off about 10 weeks before the show: plinths, process wall, meeting area and any hanging sign approved.
- March to mid-April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; equipment bases load-tested and graphics proofed.
- About three weeks before May 10, 2027: Crates and equipment ship to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor kit; service orders filed.
- Move-in days before May 10, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor set the equipment, build the booth and test power and screens at KICC.
- May 10–13, 2027: Show days with our project manager on call; after the close we pack equipment to your return plan and route the booth to storage or WasteExpo.

Checklist
- Reserve the 2027 booth package through ABC's ExpoGenie sign-up and send us the booth number
- List every piece of equipment with dimensions, crated weight and power needs
- Choose the process step your booth explains: feedstock, digestion, cleanup, upgrading or injection
- Gather reference plant photos and operating data you are allowed to show
- Note the cancellation terms: full refund less 3% only more than 90 days out
- Book hotels only through ABC's official links
- Plan staff around four days of sessions, tours and expo floor
- Decide where the booth goes next: WasteExpo, RCon or the RNG Conference
