BIOGAS AMERICAS 2027 runs May 10–13, 2027, four days of education, networking and expo floor, per the American Biogas Council. The 2027 hall schedule is not confirmed yet. The 2026 edition ran May 18–21 at Huntington Place in Detroit.

The 2027 show is at the Kentucky International Convention Center, 221 South 4th Street in downtown Louisville. The building offers over 200,000 square feet of exhibit space, 52 meeting rooms and a 40,000 square foot ballroom, and Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport is 7.6 miles away, per KICC.

About 2,000 professionals attended BIOGAS AMERICAS 2026 in Detroit, per ABC's post-show release, and the 2025 show in Denver drew over 2,000 attendees, 340 exhibits and 250 companies. For 2027 ABC markets 2,000+ attendees and 300+ exhibitors over four days.

The 2026 sponsors and exhibitors list ran to roughly 290 companies: digester builders such as PlanET Biogas and Bioferm, upgrading firms like Greenlane Renewables and Guild Associates, pump and mixer makers, flare and gas analyzer suppliers, engineering firms such as SCS Engineers, and banks financing projects.

ABC sells 2027 booth packages through its reservation system and has not posted prices publicly; each package includes conference registrations, lunches and happy hours. Our build is separate: a 10×20 rental typically runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a 20×20 custom island with an equipment plinth $50,000 to $120,000.

Reserve through the BIOGAS AMERICAS 2027 sign-up on ABC's ExpoGenie platform, where the interactive floor plan also lives. ABC's sales team handles booth space, multi-year exhibitor agreements and headline sponsorships, and its event sales manager takes custom booth packages.

Under ABC's published policy, sponsors and exhibitors who cancel more than 90 days before the start date get a full refund less a 3% administrative fee; inside 90 days, refunds come only if a waitlist fills the space. No-shows receive nothing, so we schedule production after your space is secure.

ABC has not published 2027 equipment or power rules yet, so we plan displays that work either way: a static skid or genset section on an engineered base, with any live demonstration running on show power that we order once the 2027 exhibitor kit lists electrical and floor-load terms.

KICC allows registered exhibitors to do their own booth setup and teardown under its safety policies, and Kentucky passed right-to-work in 2017, per Purple's venue guide. The show's contractor may add terms, so we read the 2027 kit and staff only what the rules require.

Purple's planning estimate for KICC is about $130 per hundredweight in 2026 and 2027 with a 200-pound minimum; the BIOGAS AMERICAS 2027 kit will carry the official tariff. Equipment is the heavy line on the bill, so we put the estimate from your crate weights on the proposal.

BIOGAS AMERICAS is a paid industry conference: attendees register for the program, which ABC aims at project developers, equipment suppliers, service providers, operators, investors, utilities and policymakers. ABC warns that it does not sell attendee lists and that offers to sell one are fraudulent.

Book only through the official hotel links ABC's team provides on the show website; ABC says other companies emailing about BIOGAS AMERICAS reservations are unauthorized. KICC notes thousands of hotel rooms within walking distance, and the Galt House sits on the Ohio River waterfront nearby.

A biogas booth carries over well to WasteExpo in Las Vegas the same month, RCon in Portland in September and the RNG Conference in December. We design the plinths and process wall as modules, store the kit between shows and refresh graphics for each audience.

For companies selling into anaerobic digestion and RNG, it is the one U.S. show where ABC gathers developers, operators and utilities for four days, and the 2026 hall set a booth-space record. For a manufacturer entering the U.S. from India, Asia or Europe, that means meeting the whole project chain, from developer to utility, on one floor.
