Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Biotech Showcase booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Biotech Showcase venue requires

- Early-bird savings: Up to $400 per pass until November 13, 2026
- Presenter hotel offer: 40% off a Hilton room, booked by October 31, 2026

- By November 13, 2026: Register staff at early-bird rates, saving up to $400 per pass.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off for the exhibit kit and any lounge or reception build.
- December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics printed and the kit packed in rolling cases.
- January 10, 2027: Delivery to the Hilton and setup by our project manager before the first presentations.
- January 11–13, 2027: Showcase days; we pack the kit after the close for storage or your next show.
