Not in the convention-center sense. Biotech Showcase centers on company presentations and partnering at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, and it sells exhibition spaces as part of its sponsorship packages, which the organizers say sell out every year. We build exhibits sized for those hotel spaces.

Informa prices exhibition spaces inside its sponsorship packages and publishes them in the sponsorship brochure, so the space price comes from Informa. Our hotel exhibits start with a tabletop kit, and a 10×20 rental kit runs $7,500 to $15,000, with delivery and setup included on one fixed proposal.

Buy a presentation package: in Biotech Showcase or DigiMed Showcase it is a dedicated 15-minute presentation plus one All-Access Pass. Seed Showcase gives a 7-minute talk to companies under three years old with $2 million or less in financing and fewer than five employees. Talks are grouped into therapeutic-area tracks with set rooms and times.

Presenters' 40 percent Hilton room offer expires October 31, 2026, and early-bird registration saving up to $400 ends November 13, 2026. For a custom exhibit we want design sign-off by mid-November so production finishes before the holidays.

We rent compact kits built for hotel function rooms: a backlit freestanding wall, a counter with storage and a screen mount, packed in rolling cases. Delivery to the Hilton, setup, teardown and return are on one fixed proposal, and the kit goes back to our warehouse after the event.
