Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to American Composites Manufacturers Association
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the CAMX space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for CAMX
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Anaheim Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $41 per sq ft (100–1,000 sq ft), $40 above 1,000, 2026 rate
- Corner premium: $410 per corner on corner, peninsula or island booths, 2026 rate
- Drayage: About $170–180 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple planning figure for 2026–2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early August 2027
- Spring 2027: Book space with the CAMX exhibit team and decide on inline, peninsula or island against the per-corner charge.
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off with part sizes, machine weights, power and any award entry display locked.
- August to September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: sample counters, part plinths and process screens built and test-assembled in 30 to 45 days.
- Late September 2027: Crates and parts ship to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor kit, with weights recorded.
- Move-in days before the exhibition opens: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth and set large parts and equipment with the show's riggers.
- October 18–21, 2027: Conference and exhibition; after the close we crate parts first, then the booth, for storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Send booth number, footprint and the number of open corners from your CAMX contract
- List finished parts and machines with sizes, weights and power
- Choose coupons, fabrics and cut sections for the sample counter
- Decide on CAMX Award or ACE entries and the part each will feature
- Send process video of layup, infusion, trimming or fiber placement
- Send Purple your logo files, colors and part photography
- Book rooms near the convention center once the 2027 block opens
- Plan staff for the conference sessions and the exhibition days
