Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to National Hydropower Association
- Material handling at the Georgia World Congress Center, Building A, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Clean Currents
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Clean Currents venue requires
Published rates:
- 10×10 booth: $4,275 NHA member, $5,900 standard, 2027 floor plan
- 10×20 booth: $8,550 NHA member, $11,800 standard, 2027
- Corner fee: $225 per corner, 2027 floor plan
- Drayage: About $150 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–2027 GWCC planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-June 2027
- Early 2027: Book space on NHA's floor plan; corner spaces carry a fee per corner.
- Mid-June 2027: Design sign-off; runner, bearing or generator weights confirmed for cradles.
- July 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your plant photography.
- Early August 2027: Booth and crated hardware ship to the contractor's advance warehouse.
- August 31, 2027: Exhibitor setup in CC Central; our project manager sets and levels every piece.
- September 1–2, 2027: Exhibit days with lunches and receptions on the floor, then breakdown on Thursday.

Checklist
- Pick a space on NHA's 2027 floor plan and decide on corners
- Confirm NHA membership to qualify for member pricing
- List hardware with weights and dimensions: runners, bearings, gates, cabinets
- Choose the reference plant and outage result for the back wall
- Plan freight to land for Tuesday, August 31 setup
- Book Atlanta rooms near the GWCC for installers and booth staff
- Plan staff for Wednesday's networking reception in CC Central
