Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Woodworking Network
- Material handling (drayage) at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires

- Exhibit space, 100–399 sq ft (2027): $30 per sq ft
- Exhibit space, 400 sq ft and more (2027): $27 per sq ft

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- Now to January 2027: Reserve space with Woodworking Network; send us your product list, finishes and the closet layouts you want to show.
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: rooms, lighting, finish walls and graphics approved.
- Mid-March to late April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with your hardware and panels installed and tested in the shop.
- Late April 2027: Freight ships to the official warehouse about three weeks out; service orders filed from the exhibitor kit.
- May 17–18, 2027: General move-in, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; our project manager builds the booth while your team joins the May 18 conference.
- May 19–20, 2027: Expo days; move-out from 3 p.m. Thursday, booth crated and routed to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Reserve space with Woodworking Network, minimum 10×10
- Decide which closet, pantry or garage rooms to build in the booth
- Send us hardware and panel samples by mid-March 2027 for shop fitting
- Plan machinery move-in on Sunday, May 16 if you show equipment
- Register staff: four badges per 10×10 of space
- Book rooms at the Omni Dallas or downtown hotels near DART
- Prepare dealer pricing and lead-time sheets for shop owners
- Book flights after the 3 p.m. Thursday close and move-out
