Space is sold as carpeted exhibit space with a 10×10 minimum, and exhibitor badges are capped at four per 10×10 booth. We size staffing and the booth together so your team has badges for every shift.
Machinery-only move-in is Sunday, May 16, 2027, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., before general move-in Monday and Tuesday. If you show a CNC or edgebander with your closet system, we book that Sunday slot and build around the machine.
Move-out opens at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, as the expo closes, and ends at 10 a.m. Friday, May 21. We crate in labeled sets so the booth clears the floor Thursday night.
