Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Dallas Apparel & Accessories Market space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Dallas Market Center (World Trade Center)
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Dallas Market Center (World Trade Center) requires
Published rates:
- Temps on 12 (10×10): $26 per sq ft, January 2027; corner +$300, atrium +$500
- Temps on 13 (10×10): $30 per sq ft apparel or accessories, $24 footwear, January 2027
- Deposit: 35% of total booth cost with the contract, January 2027
- Drayage: None added when freight reaches the GES warehouse in the advance window within crate limits, 2027 prospectus
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Early November 2026: Floor and unit count chosen with DMC leasing, contract signed with the 35% deposit, jury materials sent for Temps on 13.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off: wall graphics, rack and shelf plan, added lighting and any counter or fitting screen.
- Late November to December 2026: Production over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your spring line photography.
- Early January 2027: Crates ship to the GES advance warehouse within the published window; lighting and electrical ordered through GES.
- Days before January 19, 2027: Installation in the World Trade Center with our project manager; racks merchandised and lights aimed before opening.
- January 19–22, 2027: Market days; the floor closes at 3 p.m. Friday and fixtures go into DMC storage if you renew for March.

Checklist
- Pick the floor: Temps on 12 for young contemporary, juried Temps on 13 for contemporary, footwear and accessories
- Decide on one unit or adjoining units, and whether a corner or atrium spot is worth $300 to $500 more
- Send product photos to DMC marketing: no logos, 300 dpi, with your booth number
- List racks, shelves and lights needed beyond the package and order extras through GES
- Book freight into the GES advance shipment window with crates under 5×8 feet
- Renew your lease for March if you want free fixture storage between markets
- Reserve rooms through Connections Housing before the discounted block fills
