The January market runs Tuesday, January 19 through Friday, January 22, 2027, open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. Dallas Market Center repeats it March 16–19, June 15–18, August 24–27 and October 19–22, 2027.

At Dallas Market Center's World Trade Center, 2050 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, about 3 miles from downtown. The apparel, accessories and footwear neighborhoods fill the top floors under the skylights, with temporary booths on Floors 12 and 13 and permanent showrooms on Floors 7, 13 and 15.

For January 2027 a 10×10 Temps booth costs $26 per square foot on Floor 12 and $30 on Floor 13 for apparel or accessories, with footwear at $24. Corner booths add $300 and atrium spots $500 per 10×10, and 35% of the total is due with the contract.

Every January 2027 Temps package includes 8-foot GEM walls, three lights, chairs, a booth ID sign and a wastebasket. Floor 12 adds rolling racks; Floor 13 adds a table plus racks for apparel or shelving units for accessories and footwear. Graphics, extra lighting and flooring are yours to add.

The temporary floors sell 10×10 shells only, so a freestanding custom island is not what DMC leases there. We make the shell look like your brand: wall graphics, headers, lit shelving, an order counter and fitting screens, and we build full showroom fixtures for brands leasing permanent space.

Young contemporary apparel at practical price points belongs on Temps on 12. Contemporary apparel, emerging designers, footwear, accessories and jewelry go to the juried Temps on 13, which needs approval. Cash & Carry Temps on Floor 11 run only in March, June and October, not January.

Temps on 12 and Temps on 13 are order writing only, so you show samples and take orders. Immediate-ship selling happens in the Cash & Carry showrooms on World Trade Center Floor 7 and, in March, June and October, the Cash & Carry Temps on Floor 11.

DMC calls itself a right-to-work facility, so your staff can set up and break down your exhibit, with GES labor available when you need it. We send a project manager with vetted local labor for anything beyond hanging graphics and merchandising racks.

Ship to the GES warehouse during the advance shipment window and freight is delivered to your booth with no additional drayage, provided crates meet the size limits in the Exhibitor Services Manual. World Trade Center freight is limited to 5×8 feet and 7 feet 8 inches high.

Specialty boutiques and independent retailers from Texas and the central U.S., buying groups such as Boutique Hub, e-commerce sellers, resorts and casinos, and major stores including Belk, TJX, Buckle, Dillard's, Von Maur, Buc-ee's, Apricot Lane, Scheels and Tylers, per Dallas Market Center.

Dallas Market Center gives no head count per market; its September 1, 2026 release said the August 18–21, 2026 markets had the best combined attendance in five years, with new buyers close to a third of the total. Spark magazine reaches 55,000+ buyers a month before the January market.

It is a wholesale market for registered retail buyers and exhibitors; attendees register through a Dallas Market Center account before arriving. Shoppers without a retail business cannot buy from the floors, and exhibitors write wholesale orders rather than retail sales.

KidsWorld, WESA's Western and English market and the AETA equestrian show all run January 19–22 on the same campus, and the Dallas Men's Show opens January 23–25 with a Preview Day on January 22. Buyers often cross between floors, so lines that bridge categories gain traffic.

Dallas Market Center books discounted rooms through Connections Housing for adjacent hotels, and parking on campus is free, with more than 10,000 spaces per the 2027 prospectus. The nearest airports are Dallas Love Field and Dallas Fort Worth International.
