Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Dallas Market Center
- Material handling at the Dallas Market Center (World Trade Center), when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Dallas Market Center (World Trade Center)
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth package: $2,100 per GEM 10×10 wall booth with racks and/or shelves, January 2027
- Drayage and labor: Complimentary drayage, no labor or union fees, January 2027
- Storage: Complimentary market-to-market storage, January 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Early November 2026: Booth leased through DMC's Men's Show sales team; package type chosen: racks, shelves or both.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off: header and wall graphics, added side lighting and any extra fixtures.
- December 2026: Production and print; package, steaming power and extras ordered on the GES website.
- Mid-January 2027: Crates delivered to the WTC on weekday dock hours, sized under 5×8 feet.
- By noon, January 22, 2027: Booth merchandised and pressed for Preview Day; our project manager walks the space with your team.
- January 23–25, 2027: Show days; close 3 p.m. Monday, then fixtures go into DMC's free market-to-market storage for July.

Checklist
- Pick the $2,100 package: racks, EZ shelves, or two of each
- Order the package and steaming power on the GES website
- Decide whether one unit or adjoining units fit your line
- Send DMC product images for January 2027, no logos, with your booth number
- Refer your best retailers to DMC's Retail Development manager
- Finish setup before noon on Preview Day, Friday, January 22
- Leave fixtures in DMC storage for the July 24–26, 2027 show
