Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Dallas Market Center)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Dallas Market Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Dallas Market Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Dallas Market Center requires it
Published rates:
- Temps booth space: $19.25–$33.25 per sq ft for a 10×10, by floor, January 2027
- The Atelier: $3,000 for 60 sq ft with shelving, counter and lighting, January 2027
- Booth deposit: $980 per booth, January 2027
- Fixture storage: Free between markets for Temps exhibitors, January 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Now, late October 2026: Reserve your Temps booth with the leasing team and pay the deposit; send us the floor, booth count and package.
- Late October to early November 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: shell graphics, shelving, lighting and flooring.
- November to mid-December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days, packed to the building's freight size limit.
- December 2026: Freight booked to Dock Services for the right building; marketing images sent to Dallas Market Center.
- Days before January 6, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor install the booth while your team stocks samples.
- January 6–9, 2027: The Temps open, then fixtures go into free storage on campus for the June market, June 23–26.

Checklist
- Choose your Temps floor and section with the Dallas leasing team
- Pay the booth deposit and note the per-floor fees
- Submit product information and a booth design if you apply for LUXE Design
- Get a City of Dallas permit if you show gourmet food
- Send high-resolution product photos, without logos, to images@dallasmarketcenter.com
- Book hotel rooms through Connections Housing
- Prepare order forms, minimums and ship dates for order-writing floors
- Plan fixture storage for the June market, June 23–26, 2027
