The January edition runs January 6–12, 2027 at Dallas Market Center, with The Temps and Lightovation open January 6–9 and Design + Build Day on January 5. The June edition runs June 23–29, 2027, with The Temps June 23–26, and January 2028 is set for January 18–24.

At Dallas Market Center, 2100 Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, across the Trade Mart, World Trade Center and Interior Home + Design Center. The January 2027 Temps fill Trade Mart Floor 1 and World Trade Center Floors 1, 11 and 12. Parking is free during market.

In January 2027 the Trade Mart Temps are open January 6–9 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The World Trade Center Temps keep the same hours January 6–8 and close at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 9. Permanent showrooms stay open through January 12.

For January 2027, a 10×10 Temps booth costs $19.25 per square foot in Cash & Carry for gift, home and vintage, $21.25 for Cash & Carry jewelry and fashion, $28.25 in the gift, gourmet and home sections and juried apparel, and $33.25 in LUXE Design. The Atelier is a 60-square-foot space for $3,000.

It depends on the floor. LUXE Design and WTC Floor 12 packages include a modular shell with 8-foot GEM walls, three lights, two chairs and a table, plus an ID sign and wastebasket. Cash & Carry booths get white drape walls, a table, two chairs and drayage instead.

On Trade Mart Floor 1, WTC Floor 12 and WTC Floor 1 the Temps are order writing only. Immediate sales happen in the Cash & Carry sections on WTC Floor 11, covering gifts, home, vintage and antiques, jewelry, fashion accessories and apparel.

Gourmet Market exhibitors may show food once they obtain the required permit from the City of Dallas and send a copy to Dallas Market Center (January 2027 prospectus). All on-site food service and catering goes through Levy or a DMC-approved caterer, and only approved caterers bring food through the loading docks.

Lightovation: Dallas International Lighting Show is Dallas Market Center's residential lighting market, held each January and June in what DMC describes as 1 million square feet of lighting exhibits. In 2027 it runs January 6–9 and June 23–26, the same days as The Temps.

Dock Services works Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and delivers to your space but not inside it unless you are there. Maximum freight is 4×8 feet with 6-foot-7 height in the Trade Mart and 5×8 feet with 7-foot-8 height in the WTC and IHDC.

Dallas Market Center describes itself as a right-to-work facility, so Temps exhibitors can set up and break down their own exhibits, with GES supporting labor available. Freight sent to the GES warehouse in the advance window reaches the booth with no extra drayage if crate limits are met (June 2026 terms).

Temps exhibitors can store booth fixtures between markets at no charge, one of the perks in Dallas Market Center's January 2027 prospectus, along with free parking, free shuttles and porter service. We build fixtures to pack into that storage and come back out for June.

Dallas Market Center says it serves more than 200,000 buyers a year from all 50 states and 85-plus countries, mainly from the region west of the Mississippi with 1 million-plus retail establishments. Buyers range from independent gift shops to department stores, resorts, buying groups and e-commerce.

For gift and home brands selling to Texas and central U.S. stores, it is the region's main buying event, and Dallas Market Center says 81% of its temporary exhibitors' customers shop exclusively in Dallas. Lines selling mainly to the Southeast often add Atlanta Market.

We rent everything that goes inside a Temps shell: printed fabric wall wraps, freestanding shelving, display tables, lighting and flooring, delivered through Dock Services and stored free on campus between January and June. Brands in permanent showrooms get fixtures and graphics from us instead, since the showroom itself is leased from DMC.
