Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to DatacenterDynamics
- Material handling (drayage) at the New York Marriott Marquis, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for DCD>Connect | New York
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the New York Marriott Marquis requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- When DCD opens 2027 New York packages: Choose an exhibit or sponsor package; send us the floor plan location and the show kit.
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before the show, with crate sizes checked against the freight elevator.
- March to April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; fabrics flame-certified and certificates printed.
- Early May 2027: Hotel exclusives (power, internet, AV) ordered; dock window booked on 45th or 46th Street.
- May 17–18, 2027: Install in the hotel's window, show days at the Marquis, and strike after close.
- After the show: Booth back to Fishkill for storage or on to DCD>Connect Virginia or 7x24 Exchange.

Checklist
- Secure an exhibit or sponsor package with DCD for May 2027
- Get the show kit's freight elevator dimensions to us early
- Choose one product and one capacity message for the booth
- Approve flame-certified fabrics and keep certificates on site
- Order hotel-exclusive power, internet and AV in one plan
- Book the dock window on West 45th or 46th Street
- Plan staff travel from LaGuardia or JFK
- Decide whether the booth goes on to DCD>Connect Virginia
