DCD>Connect | New York 2027 runs May 17–18, 2027. DatacenterDynamics has not published the exhibit area hours or move-in times yet, so those are not confirmed yet; we plan installation around the hotel's overnight windows once the show kit is out.

At the New York Marriott Marquis, 1535 Broadway in Times Square. Broadway itself is a pedestrian plaza with no deliveries, so freight enters from the dock on West 45th or 46th Street, and attendees can reach Hudson Yards in one stop on the 7 train.

DCD says DCD>Connect | New York brings 5,500+ senior data center professionals, 180+ exhibitors and 300+ speakers: owners, operators, developers, engineers and investors. It suits suppliers of power, cooling and infrastructure equipment who want to meet the people deciding where and how fast new capacity gets built.

DCD has not published 2027 New York exhibit rates, so space prices are not confirmed yet. Our build is quoted separately on a fixed proposal: a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000, and hotel crating, union labor and elevator handling show up as their own lines.

The Marquis is a union hotel, so exhibit installation runs through the show's contractor with carpenters and Teamsters, and any self-install allowance comes from the show kit. Plan for anything beyond a tabletop to need union labor, with Purple supervising.

Only if every crate fits the car. Crates larger than the elevator's capacity or dimensions do not go up, and there are no forklifts or pallets on carpet. We size crates to the car dimensions in the show kit and split large pieces before they ship.

Only at the hotel's rigging points and through its rigging provider, and those points are limited. Most exhibitors use a freestanding header instead, which reads just as well across a ballroom and avoids a rigging order.

FDNY rules apply inside the hotel: all fabrics flame-certified, aisles and exits kept to the hotel's diagram, no covered booths without approval and no open flame. A vehicle on display needs FDNY paperwork and drained fuel.

Close to 30,000 sq ft on the sixth floor, seating up to 2,800 for general sessions or holding up to 175 booths, per Purple's venue guide. DCD has not said which rooms it uses in 2027, so the room plan is not confirmed yet.

Material handling is billed by the show contractor, not the hotel, at rates that run near Javits levels because the labor is the same. Consolidating to one shipment keeps the bill down; we put the estimate on your proposal once the 2027 kit gives the tariff.

LaGuardia is closest by car, about 40 minutes off-peak. JFK by AirTrain and rail to Penn Station is the most predictable, about 55 minutes. Staff can walk from most Midtown hotels.

For power and cooling suppliers selling to data center developers and investors, it puts decision makers in one Midtown ballroom for two days. It is a conference, so plan a compact, meeting-led booth rather than a big product floor.
