Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Informa Markets)
- Material handling / drayage, if the Deck Expo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Deck Expo
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, 100–599 sq ft: $41.25 per sq ft non-member / $35.75 NADRA member, 2025 rates
- Booth space, 2,500+ sq ft: $35.25 per sq ft non-member / $31.00 NADRA member, 2025 rates
- Extra badges: $40 each beyond four per 100 sq ft
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When Deck Expo announces 2027: Book space through your account executive or the online contract, at the NADRA or PHTA member rate if you qualify.
- Four to five months before the show: The Exhibitor Service Kit opens in the Exhibitor Portal; we order services and file shipping and installer forms.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: deck layout, board colors, rail systems, lighting circuits and graphics approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; deck platforms built, load-checked and test-assembled.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 manual.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Our project manager builds, runs lighting checks and dismantles, then the kit goes to storage or your next show.

Checklist
