Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Design-2-Part Shows)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Design-2-Part Show, Texas space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Design-2-Part Show, Texas
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas requires it
Published rates:
- In-hall transport: Up to 1,000 lb included in the D2P package
- Electrical labor: $150 per hour, 4-hour minimum, 2026 Irving Convention Center kit
- Helium balloons: $100 fee per balloon retrieved from the ceiling (2026 kit)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early February 2027
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off: parts list, process headlines, certification logos and lighting plan approved.
- Mid-February to mid-March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days: backwall, parts towers and cases built and test-packed under D2P's 1,000-pound handling allowance.
- Three weeks out: Cases ship to Irving per D2P's move-in instructions; any power or internet beyond the package ordered through the Center's online portal.
- Move-in ahead of the April 14 opening: Our project manager sets the backwall and towers through the Center's docks and freight elevators, then stages your sample parts.
- April 14–15, 2027: Show days, 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Thursday; we return at close to pack out.
- After the Thursday close: Dismantle, sample parts returned to you and the kit shipped to storage or the Greater Chicago show in May.

Checklist
- Ask D2P for your confirmed Irving package footprint and booth number
- Pick 12 to 20 sample parts and note alloy, process and tolerance for each label
- List certifications (AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR registration) to print on the wall
- Sign off the design by early February 2027
- Keep the packed display under D2P's 1,000-pound in-hall transport allowance
- Order any extra power or wired internet through the Irving Convention Center portal
- Set up the D2P lead app on two phones before April 14
- Book rooms through the hotel links in D2P's MyShowOnline exhibitor portal
