The Irving Convention Center's 2026 exhibitor kit sends every booth piece through the loading docks, ten covered bays plus two drive-in docks, and onto the freight elevators; passenger elevators and escalators are off limits for freight. D2P's package covers in-hall transportation of up to 1,000 pounds, which carries a typical parts display without extra handling. Rigging is exclusive to the Center, with Inspire taking the orders, telecommunications is in-house, and a licensed electrician bills $150 an hour with a four-hour minimum under the same kit, so we keep displays plug-in at 120 volts. Nothing may be taped, tacked or drilled into Center surfaces. Our project manager installs with vetted DFW labor.
