Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Cambridge Healthtech Institute
- Material handling / drayage, if the Drug Discovery Chemistry space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Drug Discovery Chemistry venue requires

- Hotel rate: $339 per night, 2027 conference rate
Key dates
- Hilton San Diego Bayfront room block closes: March 23, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early February 2027
- December 2026: Choose your package with CHI: the Exhibit Hall 8×10, a Premier 8×20, a luncheon presentation or an invitation-only dinner.
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off on the backwall, counter and graphics, sized for an 8-foot-deep space.
- February 2027: The exhibit kit opens in the Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal 8 to 10 weeks before the meeting; we file electrical and shipping forms with Maxum Expo Services.
- February to March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; poster submissions close March 12 and the hotel block closes March 23.
- Late March 2027: Crates ship to the advance address in the exhibit kit; move-in happens in the days before the April 19 opening.
- April 19–22, 2027: Drug Discovery Chemistry 2027; after the April 22 close we pack the booth for storage or your next discovery meeting.
