Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to SME
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for MT Series EAST
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Eastern States Exposition requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space, Bronze (100–200 sq ft): $42 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate, decorator package included
- Booth space, Silver (201–500 sq ft): $40 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate, material handling included
- Booth space, Gold (501–1,200 sq ft): $38 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate, carpet and handling included
- Smart Manufacturing Experience: $4,200 flat per event for a turnkey 100 sq ft exhibit
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off: machine and inspection station positions, power and air, and the doorway sign for your building.
- March to mid-April 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days, with counters and part displays test-fit.
- Late April 2027: Crates and machine paperwork go to the show contractor per the 2027 exhibitor kit; machine weights logged for spotting.
- Move-in days before May 11: Machines spotted by crane, then the booth built around them and every spindle run before opening.
- May 11–13, 2027: Show days on the Eastern States Exposition grounds; our project manager stays on call across buildings.
- After the May 13 close: Dismantle and load-out, with the booth stored for SOUTHEAST, SOUTHWEST or WEST later in 2027.

Checklist
- Decide between a 200-square-foot Bronze booth and a 201-plus Silver booth with crane spotting
- List every machine with weight, footprint, power, air and coolant
- Choose the finished parts and inspection reports you will show
- Book flights into Bradley International and buy show parking
- Ask your SME account representative about a multi-event rate
- Send graphics and machine photography to Purple by early March 2027
- Plan which other 2027 MT Series shows the booth will travel to
