Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your EAS booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for EAS
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $3,750 per 8×10 booth, 2026 rate
- Tabletop: $2,400 per 6-foot tabletop, 2026 rate
- Demonstration Room: $750 one day, $1,500 three days (small room), 2026
- Sponsorship levels: Bronze $4,500 to Diamond $15,000, booth fee counts, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before set-up
- When EAS opens 2027 booth sales: Choose an 8×10 or a tabletop and any sponsorship upgrade; send us your instrument dimensions, weights and power.
- About 10 weeks before set-up: Design sign-off: backwall graphic, counter, monitor mount and any poster figure we repeat on the wall.
- 6 to 4 weeks before set-up: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; the kit is test-built and packed in rolling cases.
- About 3 weeks before set-up: Cases ship to the Barton Services warehouse ahead of its late-surcharge date; furniture and lead retrieval ordered.
- Set-up day: Our project manager builds the booth and tests the monitor and instrument before the first coffee break.
- Last show day, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Teardown starts when the expo closes; we pack the kit for storage or your next analytical show.

Checklist
- Watch eas.org for the 2027 dates and venue, then book the 8×10 or tabletop the week sales open
- Decide on an upgrade sponsorship early: the booth fee counts toward the Bronze to Diamond levels
- Send us the dimensions, weight and power of the one instrument you will show
- Submit an oral or digital poster abstract and send us the key figure for the backwall
- Book a Demonstration Room or Seminar Room if the demo needs more than a counter
- Reserve rooms directly with the Crowne Plaza using the EAS group code, not a third-party site
- Invite customers with your ten Expo Only vouchers before the meeting
- Order lead retrieval from eShow before the early-bird date
