We design EAS exhibits that explain a separation, a spectrum or a service in the half hour chemists spend in the expo between sessions. At the 2026 meeting freight for the Crowne Plaza Princeton runs through the Barton Services warehouse, so we pack your kit to ship light and land before the surcharge date.

What makes EAS different, and how we build for it
EAS has been a meeting for the analytical and pharmaceutical sciences for 65 years, and it still runs at a scale where a chemist can walk every aisle between talks.The exposition opens with a Coffee Break in Expo each morning, the Keynote Reception and the Exposition Mixer pour in the exhibit areas, and Expo Bingo sends attendees to a select group of vendors. Exhibitors also get the stage: staff may submit abstracts for oral or digital poster sessions, rent a Demonstration Room or a Seminar Room, and sponsor the EAS Awards, from the Young Investigator Award to Outstanding Achievements in Mass Spectrometry. A bridge links the Crowne Plaza hotel to the conference center, so talks, posters and booths sit a short walk apart.

Rules that shape your EAS booth
The 2026 prospectus offers exactly two standard packages: an 8×10 booth, with a 5-foot table and two chairs on request and all other furniture rented or brought, or a 6-foot draped tabletop. We size the backwall at 8 feet and order extra furniture from Barton Services.
In 2026 set-up runs November 15 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and teardown runs November 18 from 1 p.m., when the expo closes, to 8 p.m. We plan a kit that one project manager builds in hours, not days.
Advance shipments must reach the Barton Services warehouse by the published date, November 11 in 2026, or carry a late delivery surcharge; the warehouse opens October 19. We ship your cases to land inside that window.
EAS reserves rooms at the Crowne Plaza Princeton at $189 a night (2026 rate) under group code EAS, booked with the hotel itself and never through a third-party site, until October 20 in 2026. We put your staff rooms on the worksheet early.
Programs worth planning for
Exhibitors can sponsor the EAS Awards, such as Outstanding Achievements in the Fields of Analytical Chemistry ($3,000 in 2026) or Mass Spectrometry and Separation Science ($2,500), with the sponsor named on the award and session signage.
Exhibit staff may submit abstracts for technical or digital poster sessions; in the 2026 cycle submissions opened March 1, orals were due May 1 and digital posters September 1.

EAS serves its morning Coffee Break in Expo from 10 to 10:30 each day of the 2026 meeting, and that is when the aisles fill. We put your one-line claim at eye height on the 8-foot backwall and keep the counter clear, so a chemist holding a cup can read it and ask.
2One instrument, one chromatogram
An 8×10 at EAS holds one benchtop instrument at most. We build a counter rated for it, run its cables inside, and add a monitor looping the separation or spectrum that proves the point, because 361 of 799 conferees in 2025 named HPLC or UHPLC as a primary technique.
3Ship light into a hotel conference center
The Crowne Plaza Princeton is a hotel conference center, not a convention hall, so we pack the EAS kit in rolling cases that move through Barton Services and hotel corridors without a forklift, with graphics on fabric that hangs in minutes.
4Bring your poster to the booth
EAS lets exhibit staff present orals and digital posters, with the 2026 cycle closing orals on May 1 and posters on September 1. When your scientist presents, we repeat the key figure on your backwall so the audience can find the same data in the expo afterwards.

8×10 booths and 6-foot tabletops share the exhibit halls, where EAS serves coffee breaks, snack breaks, the Keynote Reception and the Exposition Mixer in 2026.
Our advice Traffic arrives in waves with the food, so we keep the front of your 8×10 open and the claim readable from the coffee line.
Bridge from the Crowne Plaza to the Convention Center
Three dedicated 55-inch monitors scroll digital ads full time, and 18 more show posters, all on the bridge between the hotel and the conference center (2026).
Our advice A $500 digital ad here repeats your booth graphic to everyone walking from the hotel, so we size the artwork for those screens too.
Demonstration and Seminar Rooms
Rentable rooms with flexible times and sizes: a small room for about 15 people and 368 square feet, or a lunchtime seminar for 80 to 100 seated (2026 prices).
Our advice Put the heavy demo in the room and keep the 8×10 as the signpost; we print directional graphics that send visitors there.

Logistics for EAS 2027, handled
EAS has met at the Crowne Plaza Princeton Conference Center, 900 Scudders Mill Road in Plainsboro, in 2025 and 2026, and the 2027 building is not confirmed yet. At the 2026 meeting Barton Services handles the warehouse and furniture: shipments may arrive from October 19, furniture ordered by November 6 earns the advance discount, and advance freight after November 11 carries a late surcharge. Set-up runs one day, November 15 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and teardown starts at 1 p.m. on the last day. We pack for that single set-up day, file the Barton orders and send our own project manager to build and dismantle with vetted local labor.

How much does a booth at EAS 2027 cost?
EAS prices its own space simply: in 2026 an 8×10 booth costs $3,750 and a 6-foot tabletop $2,400, and both include four exhibit staff registrations and ten customer vouchers. What we add is the exhibit itself, a backwall, counter and graphics kit for the 8×10, priced on one fixed proposal with freight and labor.
What booth sizes does EAS offer?
Only two packages: the 8×10 booth, with a 5-foot undraped table and two wheeled chairs available on request, and the 6-foot tabletop with a draped table and two chairs (2026 prospectus). Any bigger presence comes through sponsorship, a Demonstration Room or a Seminar Room, so we build to those two footprints.
Can we rent a booth kit for EAS?
We rent a complete EAS kit: an 8-foot backwall with your printed graphic, a lockable counter, a monitor mount and LED lighting, packed in cases that roll through a hotel corridor and collected after the show. The rental, Barton Services freight and our project manager's install sit on one proposal.
When do we need to decide for EAS 2027?
EAS has not published 2027 dates, so the 2027 deadlines are not confirmed yet. In the 2026 cycle advance freight had to reach Barton Services by November 11 to avoid a late surcharge. We need design sign-off about ten weeks before set-up, so plan your EAS kit in the summer.
Who handles freight and furniture at EAS?
Barton Services runs the warehouse and furniture for the 2026 meeting: shipments may arrive from October 19, furniture ordered by November 6 earns the advance discount and November 11 is the last day to order it. We file those orders, label cases to your booth and track them to the hall.
Can we run a live instrument demo at EAS?
On an 8×10, a benchtop instrument on a solid counter works well, and for anything bigger EAS rents Demonstration Rooms: in 2026 a room for about 15 people, 368 square feet, cost $750 for one day or $1,500 for three. We build the counter, hide the cabling and order power.
Can exhibitors present a talk or poster at EAS?
Exhibit staff may submit abstracts for technical sessions and digital posters: in the 2026 cycle submissions opened March 1, orals were due May 1 and posters September 1. A lunchtime Seminar Room for 80 to 100 people ran $800 to $1,000 in 2026. We carry the data onto your booth graphic.
Can we reuse our EAS booth at other shows?
The 8-foot backwall and counter are built as the core of a modular kit, so we extend them into a 10×20 for Pittcon, ACS Spring or ASMS with added frames and new graphics. Between shows we store the kit, refresh prints and check monitors before it ships again.
When is EAS 2027?
The 2027 dates are not confirmed yet; EAS has published only the 2026 meeting so far. The most recent edition runs November 16–18, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Princeton Conference Center in Plainsboro, NJ, and the 2025 meeting was held November 17–19, 2025 at the same building.

How do we get to the EAS venue?
For the 2026 meeting EAS points flyers to Newark Liberty (40 miles), Philadelphia International (59 miles) and Trenton-Mercer. Princeton Junction station serves NJ Transit and Amtrak, with no EAS shuttle. Parking is on site, and overflow at Princeton Alliance Church connects by the EAS Trolley every 15 minutes.
