Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling / drayage, if the ECRM Sessions space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center requires

Key dates
- Special-savings rate ends for the Atlanta Household Cleaning session: January 8, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Now to early January 2027: Choose your ECRM format and register before the January 8 special-savings date for Atlanta; we design the tabletop or suite kit.
- February to March 2027: Production of risers, cases and graphics in Fishkill, NY; the kit is sized to the format ECRM assigns.
- April 2027: Samples and display cases packed and labeled; any change of attendee planned well before ECRM's substitution cutoff.
- Late April 2027: Kit and samples shipped to the Renaissance Waverly Hotel in Atlanta to wait at your meeting space.
- May 3–5, 2027: Check-in from 10 a.m. May 3, meetings May 4 and 5, then the kit ships back for storage.
- June to September 2027: The same kit goes to Baby & Infant in Las Vegas, Toy & Learning in Cape Coral or Kitchen & Home in Bonita Springs.

Checklist
- Pick your ECRM session and format: Discovery Hub, Innovation Pipeline or Planning Session
- Register before the special-savings date (January 8, 2027 for Atlanta)
- List hero items, price points and case packs for each buyer category
- Tell us the format so we size risers, cases and graphics to ECRM's space
- Ship samples with the display kit to the session hotel
- Plan attendees early: substitutions close 14 days before each session
- Prepare a one-page sell sheet for each 10- or 20-minute meeting
- Decide whether the kit continues to the Baby, Toy or Home sessions
