Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your EDspaces booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at New Orleans, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the EDspaces venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $31.95 per sq ft member, $42.95 non-member, 2026
- Corner premium: $175 per corner, 2026
- Payment: 65% with contract, 100% by July 17, 2026 show
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: July 2027
- When EDspaces opens 2027 booth assignments: Booth selection by priority points; send us your booth number and footprint.
- July 2027: Design sign-off on room settings, acoustic elements and any hanging sign request.
- August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; furniture samples consolidated for shipping.
- Late September 2027: Freight to the 2027 general contractor's advance warehouse per the exhibitor manual.
- Days before October 27, 2027: Move-in with our project manager in New Orleans.
- October 27–29, 2027: Show days, then dismantle and freight out or storage for your next education show.
