Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your EGSA Spring Conference booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the EGSA Spring Conference space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for EGSA Spring Conference
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- 10×20 booth, one conference: $7,700 member, $8,700 non-member, 2027
- 10×10 booth, one conference: $4,950 member, $5,950 non-member, 2027
- Spring and fall package: $13,500 to $14,500 for a 10×20, 2027
- Hotel rate: $189 single/double plus tax, Royal Sonesta, 2027
Key dates
- Exhibitor Loyalty Rate: 2026 exhibitors book 2027 space: November 30, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late January 2027
- November 30, 2026: 2026 exhibitors who book 2027 space by this date keep 2026 pricing under the Exhibitor Loyalty Rate.
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off for the back wall, demo board and counters.
- February 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop; demo board wired and tested.
- March 19, 2027: EGSA's hotel deadline at the Royal Sonesta; cases ship to the contractor on the kit's dates.
- April 11, 2027: Setup 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; our project manager builds and tests the demo before the Welcome Reception.
- April 12–13, 2027: Exhibition hours, then teardown Tuesday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and ship to EGSA Fall or storage.

Checklist
- Book a 10×10 or 10×20 with EGSA, one conference or both, before rates rise
- Claim the Exhibitor Loyalty Rate by November 30, 2026 if you exhibited in 2026
- Choose the products for the powered demo board and list their power needs
- Book rooms at the Royal Sonesta before March 19, 2027
- Register your complimentary staff badges
- Plan follow-up for dealers met at the Monday Night Social
- Decide whether the kit continues to EGSA Fall in Columbus
