April 11–13, 2027. Exhibitors set up Sunday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. before the 6 p.m. Welcome Reception; the exhibition is open Monday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday 7 to 11 a.m., then teardown runs to 3 p.m.

At The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria on West Loop South in Houston. EGSA's room rate is $189 single or double plus tax, the housing deadline is March 19, 2027, and Hobby Airport is about 13 miles away and Bush Intercontinental about 24.

For one 2027 conference, a 10×10 is $4,950 for members and $5,950 for non-members, and a 10×20 is $7,700 and $8,700. Booking both spring and fall costs $8,300 to $9,300 for a 10×10 and $13,500 to $14,500 for a 10×20. Our graphics and demo kit is quoted separately.

Every 2027 booth includes 13.5 hours of exhibit time, a listing on the conference website and inclusion in the app and signage. Complimentary registrations run from two for a single-conference 10×10 to ten for a two-conference 10×20. Furniture, shipping and power come through the contractor's service kit.

EGSA's Exhibitor Loyalty Rate lets 2026 exhibitors who book 2027 space by November 30, 2026 keep 2026 pricing before rates increase. New exhibitors pay the 2027 list prices in the prospectus.

Controller, switchgear, engine, emissions, load bank, fuel system and service companies. EGSA's 2026 exhibitor list included ComAp, Deep Sea Electronics, ASCO Power Technologies, MIRATECH, Rehlko, Universal Load Banks, Sunbelt Rentals, JCB Power Products and Stored Energy Systems.

EGSA reports average conference attendance of around 400 and a network of 10,000+ professionals. The Spring 2027 exhibition lists 40+ exhibiting companies and organizations, so the floor is small enough that most attendees pass every booth.

A running generator is unlikely to fit EGSA Spring 2027: the exhibition is in a hotel, and 2027 equipment rules are not confirmed yet. Plan for demo boards and controllers instead; we build powered panels that simulate start and transfer sequences and order the power through the service kit.

By late January 2027. That allows a February build, a test of any powered demo, and shipping before the contractor's deadlines and the March 19 hotel cutoff. If you plan to book both spring and fall, we design once for both.

For a supplier that sells through generator distributors, EGSA puts you in front of the dealers and service companies who choose what goes on their line card, at a 10×20 price of $7,700 for members. It is a relationship show rather than a mass-traffic expo.

The Fall 2027 Conference is October 3–5, 2027 in Columbus, Ohio. Booking a two-conference package covers both, and the same booth kit can ship from Houston to storage and on to Columbus.

The EGSA 10×20 can become one module of a POWERGEN island, where the same controllers and switchgear meet utility and data center buyers, and it works for 7x24 Exchange. Between events the kit waits in our storage, and we reprint the panels for each audience.
