Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Outdoor Power Equipment Institute
- Material handling / drayage, if the Equip Exposition space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at Louisville
- Booth cleaning and any union labor Louisville requires
Published rates:
- Indoor space, OPEI members: $27.10 per sq ft for 100–400 sq ft, $25.60 above 400, plus $50 fee, 2026
- Indoor space, non-members: $27.50–$33.10 per sq ft by size and OPEI membership eligibility, 2026
- Outdoor demo space: $1.65 per sq ft up to 5x indoor space, $10.00 beyond, 2026
- Drayage (Purple's KEC figure): About $125 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early August 2027
- When OPEI opens 2027 space: Apply for 2027 indoor space through the Exhibit Space Application; once it is confirmed, the outdoor application appears on your dashboard.
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off for the indoor stand and the demo lot, with machine counts, weights and power fixed.
- August to September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days: risers, tents, counters and matching graphics for both spaces.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates to the advance warehouse on the 2027 receiving window, demo machines scheduled for the marshalling yard.
- Move-in days before the floor opens: Our project manager and vetted local labor build indoors and in the yard, finished before the carpet deadline.
- October 19–22, 2027: Welcome reception, three show days, then dismantle and freight to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Submit the Exhibit Space Application and note your indoor square footage
- Apply for Outdoor Demo Yard space as soon as the dashboard offers it
- List every demo machine with weight, length and fuel or battery type
- Decide what the dealer table offers during the Wednesday preview
- Book rooms only through Louisville Tourism's Louisville Housing Bureau
- Send logos, product photography and spec sheets to Purple
- Staff the demo lot with licensed drivers and a sign-in host
- Pack weather gear for an outdoor lot in late October
