Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Terrapinn
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Caesars Forum
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Caesars Forum requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Now to early December 2026: Sign your space or sponsorship with Terrapinn; send us the contract footprint, the chargers you will show and their weights.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: dispenser layout, deck, meeting spots and graphics approved.
- Late December 2026 to early February 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY, with dispenser mounts and cable trays fitted before crating and staged at our Las Vegas hub.
- February 2027: Contractor consent, electrical and rigging orders filed; freight to the advance warehouse with Koval Lane dock targets booked.
- Before March 2, 2027: We install in the Forum Ballroom with our project manager while Closed Circuit and the Welcome Reception run on March 1.
- March 2–3, 2027: Show floor open; the event ends early afternoon on March 3, then we dismantle and store the booth at our Las Vegas hub.

Checklist
- Sign space or a sponsorship with Terrapinn and get the prospectus and exhibition rules
- List every charger you will show, with weight, footprint and power need
- Decide display-only or energized units and order power through the appointed contractor
- File Terrapinn's written contractor consent and the Caesars Forum certificate
- Book EV Connect meeting preferences after registration
- Nominate a colleague or customer for Charge50 before November 20, 2026
- Reserve rooms only through the official Passkey block
- Plan staff arrival for March 1 and departure after early afternoon March 3
