Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling / drayage, if the Festival of Biologics USA space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Festival of Biologics USA
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) requires it

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early February 2027
- Now to January 2027: Choose a stand or Start-Up Zone unit with Terrapinn's sales team; we sketch footprints for your meeting plan.
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off; contractor consent requested from Terrapinn and electrical needs listed.
- February to mid-March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, a short drive from Boston; graphics and lighting tested before crating.
- Mid-March 2027: Your team loads meetings into the Terrapinn app, which opens to exhibitors four weeks out; we print the booth QR codes.
- Move-in days before April 13, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the stand with Local 327 carpenters and test screens before opening.
- April 13–14, 2027: Festival days; after the close we dismantle and send the stand to storage or your next biologics meeting.

Checklist
- Reserve your stand or Start-Up Zone unit with Terrapinn's sales team
- Check Start-Up Zone eligibility: under 4 years, under 25 staff, no more than $5 million raised
- Decide whether you also exhibit at INTERPHEX in New York the same week
- Sign off the stand design by early February 2027
- Submit a poster through the 2027 poster application if your science fits the Poster Zone
- Book one-to-one meetings in the Terrapinn app when it opens four weeks out
- Book rooms through Terrapinn's accommodation page or near the Seaport
