Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Functional Fabric Fair booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the Functional Fabric Fair space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Orange County Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Functional Fabric Fair venue requires
Published rates:
- Graphic remount: $325 to $500 per graphic on FB frames, 2026 Orlando kit
- Early-order savings: Up to 30% by ordering before deadline dates, 2026 manual
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Early November 2026: Package or space-only booth confirmed with the Functional Fabric Fair sales team; we receive the 2027 exhibitor manual when it opens.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off: swatch headers, wall graphics and any finished-garment displays.
- Late November to December 2026: Production over 30 to 45 days on reusable frames and recyclable fabric graphics.
- Late December 2026: Contractor orders placed before the advance-rate deadline; freight scheduled for the advance warehouse.
- Move-in before January 27, 2027: Set-up at the Orange County Convention Center (2027 move-in hours not confirmed yet).
- January 27–29, 2027: Exhibit hall open; we pack out after the 2 p.m. Friday close and store the kit for Portland in April.

Checklist
- Confirm package size or space-only stand with the sales team
- List fabric families, codes and test data for the swatch headers
- Pick garments to show fabrics made up for golf, court and outdoor
- Order furnishings, graphics and labor before the advance-rate deadline
- Book rooms through Connections Housing, not directly with hotels
- Submit a fabric for the Trend Forum if it qualifies
- Plan the kit for Portland in April and New York in July
