Functional Fabric Fair 2027Exhibitor guide for Orlando: booth costs, key dates, deadlines

Functional Fabric Fair Winter runs January 27–29, 2027 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Doors and Expert Talks open at 9 each morning; the floor closes at 6 on Wednesday, at 5 on Thursday and at 2 in the afternoon on Friday.

Spring runs April 13–15, 2027 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, and Summer runs July 20–21, 2027 at the Javits Center in New York. The Fall Portland edition ran October 26–28, 2026 at the Oregon Convention Center.

For 2027 the Winter edition is co-located with the PGA Show at the Orange County Convention Center, the first time the fair has joined it. Its Winter Spotlight focuses on golf, racquet sports, outdoor activities, all-weather gear, shapewear and bodywear, and workwear.

The fair sells cost-effective, zero-waste turnkey booths. In 2026 a 10×10 package had a Veloce fabric-system structure, two LED arm lights, a table, three chairs, two T-racks and a logo; a 10×20 doubled the lights, tables and chairs. The FAQ also refers to space-only stands.

The walls are white fabric and, per the 2026 kit, no tape of any kind will adhere to them; FB International offers wall-hanging options. Graphics can be remounted on FB frames for $325 to $500 each in 2026. We produce graphics that hang from the frame.

Apparel CEOs, designers and product development executives sourcing high-performance fabrics, from golf, sportswear, outdoor, swimwear, bodywear and rain gear brands. The fair is trade-exclusive, and the 2027 Winter edition also draws teams already in Orlando for the PGA Show.

FB International was the official general contractor for the 2026 Orlando edition, running the Exhibitor Service Center for furnishings, labor, freight and graphics, with Freeman AV for audio-visual and the OCCC for electrical. The 2027 contractor list is not confirmed yet.

Booth package prices come from the fair's sales team and are not published. The 2026 manual notes that ordering services before the deadline dates can save up to 30%. Our part is the dressing: swatch walls, headers and garment displays quoted as a fixed proposal.

The fair books rooms through Connections Housing, its official housing company; official hotels will not honor direct reservations, and groups of 10 or more rooms can request a block. The 2026 reservation deadline was December 19, 2025; the 2027 deadline is not confirmed yet.

The Trend Forum showcases 100% sustainable fabrics and accessories, curated by industry experts to highlight technical innovation and upcoming trends. Attendees scan items to request samples, so a fabric selected for it reaches developers who never stop at your booth.

Non-official contractors must follow the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor procedures and provide insurance certificates to reach the floor. Because the building is non-union, employees of the exhibiting mill can set up with hand tools; power and overhead work belong to the OCCC's in-house crews.

For mills and fabric technology brands selling to performance apparel developers, it is the U.S. sourcing event dedicated to the category, linked to PERFORMANCE DAYS in Munich. In 2027 the Orlando edition adds PGA Show traffic; New York's Texworld suits mills selling fashion fabrics instead.
