Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling (drayage) at the Peppermill Resort, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Geothermal Rising Conference
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Geothermal Rising Conference venue requires
Published rates:
- 10×20 booth: $8,250 member, $9,750 non-member, Advanced Early Bird 2027
- 20×20 open island: $15,400 member, $18,200 non-member, Advanced Early Bird 2027
- 8×10 booth (new): $4,400 member, $5,200 non-member, 2027
- Corner premium: $250 added to the booth fee, 2027

- Advanced Early Bird exhibit rates end: November 14, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-August 2027
- November 14, 2026: Advanced Early Bird exhibit rates end; standard early bird runs to February 15, 2027.
- Spring 2027: Registration and the Peppermill room block open; register complimentary badges online.
- Mid-August 2027: Design sign-off; hardware weights and dimensions confirmed.
- September 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your field photography.
- Early October 2027: Booth and crates ship to the decorator's warehouse; power and furniture orders filed.
- October 24–27, 2027: Conference days from the Sunday opening reception to the Wednesday closing mixer; our project manager on site.

Checklist
- Send the GRC 2027 exhibit space application before November 14, 2026
- Choose 8×10, 10×10, 10×20 or the 20×20 island, and decide on a corner
- Confirm Geothermal Rising membership for member pricing
- List hardware with weights: bits, wellheads, pumps, turbine sections
- Register complimentary badges online before the deadline
- Book the Peppermill block when it opens in spring 2027
- Plan staff for the Sunday and Tuesday receptions in the hall
