Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to National Glass Association)
- Material handling at the Orange County Convention Center, South and North Halls, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for GlassBuild America
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Orange County Convention Center, South and North Halls requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space, 100–1,500 sq ft: $40 per sq ft NGA/FGIA member, $45 non-member, 2026
- Booth space, 5,000+ sq ft: $28.45 member, $31.95 non-member per sq ft, 2026
- Exhibitor badges: Five per 100 net sq ft, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: July 2027
- Now through spring 2027: Book space through NGA's 2027 booth application; returning exhibitors apply through the booth space portal.
- July 2027: Design sign-off, including machine layout, power and air, glass racks and any covered glazing section.
- August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; OCCC electrical and rigging ordered before the venue's early-order date.
- Late September 2027: Crates and machinery freight ship to the general contractor's advance warehouse or direct to the North/South docks.
- Days before October 26, 2027: Move-in and machine set with our project manager on the floor.
- October 26–28, 2027: Show days, then dismantle and freight out from the North/South docks.

Checklist
- File NGA's 2027 interest form or booth space application
- Confirm NGA or FGIA membership for the member rate
- List every machine with power, air and weight so we can plan OCCC orders
- Decide on any covered glazing section or canopy before design sign-off
- Sign off the design by July 2027
- Book rooms through the official housing partner once NGA opens housing
- Enter the Skills Challenge or Innovation Lounge if NGA runs them in 2027
- Plan booth staffing at five exhibitor badges per 100 net sq ft
