Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Grassroots Outdoor Alliance)
- Material handling (drayage) at Oklahoma City, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at Oklahoma City
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where Oklahoma City requires it

- Standard booth sizes: 400 to 3,000 sq ft, Fall/Winter 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 6 weeks before Connect
- When invited for Spring 2027: Contract your booth size and appointment categories with Grassroots; we draft room layouts against your expected appointment volume.
- About 8 weeks before Connect: Draft appointment schedules appear in the ConnectApp; we confirm the number of meeting rooms you need.
- About 6 weeks before Connect: Design sign-off and production in Fishkill, NY: printed drape, room signage, flooring and counters.
- At least 21 days before Connect: Booth layout, custom drape positions and electrical drops submitted, before the default-layout cutoff.
- June 11, 2027: Retailer Education Day and Discovery; in Fall 2026 vendor load-in ran that same day, so we plan to build the rooms then once Grassroots publishes the 2027 schedule.
- June 12–15, 2027: Connect appointment days; teardown starts only after 1 p.m. on the final day, then storage until Omaha in November.

Checklist
- Confirm your invitation and contract a booth size for Spring 2027
- Choose appointment categories and lengths during contracting
- Count expected concurrent appointments to set the number of meeting rooms
- Check the draft schedule in the ConnectApp about eight weeks out
- Submit the booth layout, custom drape and electrical drops 21 days before the show
- Bring a full sample set for each meeting room
- Upload your certificate of insurance when the 2027 manual sets the date
- Plan staff to stay until the 1 p.m. teardown on the final day
