Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your Halloween & Party Expo booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the Halloween & Party Expo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Halloween & Party Expo
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $155 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–2027 planning rate
- Converge+ lead scanning: From $195, extra licenses $95 each, 2027
- Parking, Lot F: $23 per day, no in-and-out, 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off: prop list with power draw, costume walls, vignette lighting and the order counter agreed.
- November to mid-December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; set pieces test-built with your props running.
- Mid-December 2026: Crates ship to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor manual; electrical and labor orders placed.
- Move-in days before January 11: Our project manager installs the set in Hall H and tests every animated prop before buyers arrive.
- January 11–13, 2027: Show days, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.
- After 3 p.m. on January 13: Dismantle, props and samples packed to your plan, booth back to Fishkill for storage.

Checklist
- Note your booth number and size from the 2027 Halloween & Party Expo floor plan
- List every animated prop with its power draw, footprint and sound
- Choose the costumes, accessories and decor to stage, with hero items
- Prepare show specials, order minimums and delivery windows for buyers
- Log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center for shipping and advance-discount dates
- Book staff rooms through Connections Housing only
- Add Converge+ lead scanning if you want leads exported after the show
- Send logo, packaging art and product photography to Purple
