Eleven divisible halls and the Great Hall line up about 11 blocks along the river, and show freight goes to the contractor's marshaling yard named in the kit, not the Henderson Street docks.
Our advice We schedule freight through the contractor for Hall H and pack props in crates the contractor's crew can move, since exhibitors may not run powered equipment.

Logistics for Halloween & Party Expo 2027, handled
Halloween & Party Expo 2027 fills Hall H of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, the riverfront building that runs about 11 blocks along the Mississippi with roughly 1.1 million square feet of exhibit space in Halls B-1 to J and the Great Hall. Louisiana is right-to-work, so full-time staff of a costume brand may set up their own display, while drayage runs through the show's general contractor and electrical, carpentry and plumbing come from the center's in-house crews. Exhibitors may not use powered equipment such as pallet jacks or motorized dollies. The manual, shipping deadlines and advance-discount dates sit in the show's Exhibitor Resource Center; we work from it, ship one crated load to the address in your kit, order power for every prop, and our project manager runs the install.
