Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling at the Savannah Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for HCD Conference + Expo
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the HCD Conference + Expo venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $66 per sq ft standard, $64 early, 2026 rates
- Island packages: $17,400 for 200 sq ft, $26,800 for 400 sq ft, $39,000 for 600+, 2026
- Architectural Gallery space: $4,000 for an unmanned 8 ft × 6.5 ft display, 2026
- Drayage: About $150 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–2027 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late July 2027
- Now to spring 2027: Reserve space with HCD's account executives; we plan a room vignette around the products you want specified.
- Late July 2027: Design sign-off; finishes, furniture and lighting chosen for the room mock-up, and sample cards designed.
- August to September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; ceiling, flooring and headwall components built and tested.
- October 2027: Exhibitor service manual orders placed and freight shipped to the advance warehouse on the 2027 dates.
- Move-in, days before the hall opens: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth in Savannah, with the early slot for large booths if HCD offers it again.
- November 7–10, 2027: Conference and expo; we dismantle after the hall closes and ship the booth to storage or your next design show.

Checklist
- Reserve space through your HCD account executive and send us the floor plan location
- Choose the room type to stage: patient room, exam room, corridor or waiting area
- Pick the products to enter in the 2027 Nightingale Awards when early entry opens
- Sign off the design by late July 2027
- Book HCD Connect meetings with health system and design firm attendees
- Request approved booth photography for award entries and marketing
- Book rooms only through HCD's official housing partner
