Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling (drayage) at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for HDA DMC
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa requires

Key dates
- Last day for HDA DMC package rates before prices rise and substitution fees start: January 22, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late December 2026
- Late December 2026: Design sign-off: backwall graphic, counter, screen and scanner station approved.
- By January 22, 2027: Book your HDA package at the lower rate and lock staff names before substitution fees apply.
- January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; case kit test-packed for resort hand-carry.
- About 2 weeks before March 7: Cases ship to the receiving address in HDA's exhibitor kit for the JW Marriott Desert Springs.
- March 7–8, 2027: Our project manager sets the booth before the Expo Grand Opening at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 8.
- March 9, 2027: After the 4:15–6:15 p.m. Network Reception and Expo Raffle we pack the kit for storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Pick the HDA package by January 22, 2027 for the lower rate
- Check that your demo needs fit the outlet in a Gold or Platinum package
- Send the final booth staff list before substitution fees start
- Book rooms in HDA's block at the JW Marriott Desert Springs early
- Choose one DSCSA, cold chain or warehouse story the booth tells
- Bring a scanner, sample tote or shipper for the counter
- Sign off the design in late December 2026
