The Distribution Management Conference and Expo is HDA's largest supply chain education event, and its expo is built into the conference day rather than beside it.Exhibitors get two days, Monday and Tuesday, opening with the Expo Grand Opening, then the morning break, the dessert break and the late-afternoon Expo Reception and Raffle, so every visit is short and social. HDA states that attendees from non-member service provider companies must exhibit to attend DMC 2027. We plan your package and kit early so your team's registrations come with the booth rather than being refused at the door.
HDA sells DMC 2027 space only as Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze 10×10 packages, priced for members and non-members. We design a compact backwall and counter that fills that space and reads from across the resort ballroom.
Of the four DMC 2027 packages, only Gold and Platinum include an electrical outlet, and only Platinum a dedicated wireless connection. We match your screens and scanners to the package, or recommend the upgrade before you buy.
HDA charges substitution fees for registration changes after January 22, 2027, the same day package rates rise. We ask for your final booth staff list with design sign-off, so the badges and package match.

Logistics for HDA DMC 2027, handled
HDA DMC runs inside the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, so freight arrives through the resort's own receiving and set-up happens in hotel event space rather than a convention hall. HDA's public pages do not yet name a 2027 decorator or advance warehouse, so we read the exhibitor kit when HDA sends it, time cases to the resort's receiving window and keep the booth light enough for hand carts. Our project manager and vetted local labor install before the March 8 Expo Grand Opening and pack out after Tuesday's Network Reception and Expo Raffle.

How much does a booth at HDA DMC 2027 cost?
HDA prices DMC as packages: a member Bronze 10×10 is $6,985 and a non-member Platinum $13,495 through January 22, 2027, rising about $700 after that. Our exhibit kit is separate and depends on graphics, screens and freight to Palm Desert; we put the whole figure on one fixed proposal.
What is the deadline to book a booth for HDA DMC 2027?
January 22, 2027. Every HDA package price steps up after that date, and HDA charges substitution fees for staff name changes after it. We need design sign-off in late December 2026 to build and ship to the resort in time.
What do the HDA DMC booth packages include?
Each package is a 10×10 booth. Bronze adds one full conference registration, Silver two, Gold two plus one electrical outlet, and Platinum three registrations, e-blast recognition, an outlet and a dedicated wireless connection. Every exhibitor also gets attendee lists before and after the conference and signage recognition.
Can we attend HDA DMC without exhibiting?
Not as a non-member service provider: HDA states that attendees from non-member service provider companies must exhibit to attend the conference. HDA members, manufacturers and distributors register as attendees. Questions about eligibility go to HDA's Director, Membership and Education.
Can you build an exhibit that fits an HDA package?
We can. For DMC we build a fabric backwall, a counter with scanner and monitor mounts and lighting, all packed in rolling cases for the resort, and we design it to join a second panel set for larger supply chain shows. Graphics, freight, setup and pack-out sit on one proposal.
When are the HDA DMC 2027 expo hours?
The expo opens Monday, March 8 with the Grand Opening and morning break, 9:30–10 a.m., a dessert break, 1:15–1:45 p.m., and the Expo Reception and Raffle, 4:15–6:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 9 repeats the two breaks and ends with the Network Reception and Expo Raffle.
Can we reuse our HDA DMC exhibit at other shows?
Pharmaceutical supply chain vendors also meet manufacturers at DCAT Week in New York and CPHI Americas, and pharmacy buyers at McKesson ideaShare. We keep your DMC kit in storage between shows and add panels so it grows into a larger inline where the floor allows.
Do you handle the hotel and contractor logistics at the JW Marriott Desert Springs?
We do. We follow the receiving instructions in HDA's exhibitor kit and the resort's rules, label every case with your package location, and order any extra power through the right provider. Your staff book rooms in HDA's block at the resort, which HDA manages with a waitlist when it fills.
