Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your High Point Market booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for High Point Market
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the High Point Market venue requires
Published rates:
- Contractor insurance (ANDMORE): COI with at least $3M commercial liability and $1M workers' comp
- Late freight fee: $300+ per incident after the truck log-in deadline, Fall 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late January 2027
- Now to December 2026: Choose temporary space or a showroom and sign with the building owner; send us the floor plan and the building's manual.
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before market: room sets, walls, lighting and signage approved.
- February 2027: Building Authorization Pass package and any city permit filed with the building owner; production starts in Fishkill, NY.
- March 2027: Production finishes within 30 to 45 days; freight booked to the building's dock by its published deadline.
- Days before April 10, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor install the room sets while your team styles product.
- April 10–14, 2027: Market days, then dismantle or leave the showroom in place for Fall Market, October 23–27, 2027.

- Book the building's dock window for inbound freight
- Plan the showroom refresh for Fall Market, October 23–27, 2027
